A relaxation exercise alone does not create inner balance. If you want inner balance, it makes sense to start holistically. So to consider both physical and mental aspects, because body and mind are of course not separate from each other, but a team — at least they should be. That sounds like a mammoth task, but it’s worth it, because you benefit from balance in the long term.
